Flow Technology, a leading manufacturer of precision flow measurement instruments, systems and calibrators, has announced the release of the Model uLF-100 Ultrasonic Liquid Flowmeter.

The latest in a new series of accurate, reliable and cost-effective ultrasonic flow measurement instruments, the uLF-100 is capable of measuring very low flow rates (down to 94ml/min) through a small diameter PFA tube.

Typical applications for the uLF-100 include DI water and chemical solutions in the semiconductor market.

The uLF-100 utilises solid-state technology, providing the major economic benefit of many years of uninterrupted service.

The meter has no moving parts-reducing its cost of ownership and eliminating common maintenance and recalibration requirements.

The uLF-100 employs digital signal processing (DSP) techniques for outstanding accuracy and repeatability (+/-0.2%).

This advanced ultrasonic flow measuring device has no pressure drop and provides fast speed-of-response.

The unit can be used on 3 and 6 mm line sizes, and covers a wide range of flow rates.

Installation and set up of the uLF-100 flowmeter is fast and easy.

Integral to the display unit, the set-up software leads the installer through a series of questions related to display configuration and desired outputs.

This makes the initial installation a straightforward process.

The sensors are provided with a robust, moulded mounting fixture designed for the specific line size for optimum performance.
