Flow-Mon offers a series of vane-style water flow meters with optional alarm switches for protecting industrial equipment and minimising downtime in the event of cooling water flow failure These variable area vane meters monitor the rate of cooling water flow, provide flow indication that assists in problem diagnosis, and respond immediately when flow goes too high or low

The mechanical flow switches can be wired to trigger shutdown of the process for protection against equipment damage.

Flow-Mon 'Small and Medium Series' (0.25'' to 2.5'') can accommodate water flows from 0.5 to 500 litres per minute, with the Flow-Mon 'Large Series' (3'' to 8'') accommodating 400 to 5000 litres per minute.

The vane meters are easy to install, operate and maintain.

They mount in-line and in any orientation, with no straight pipe runs required.

The indicators and switches are manufactured specifically for water applications and are rated for all classes, divisions and groups of hazardous locations.

The switches used have UL/CSA, CE and ATEX certifications.

Flow-Mon, located in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England, has manufactured flow indicators for a variety of industries for more than 30 years.
