Flow-Mon offers a series of flow indicators designed specifically for circulating lubrication oil for various industries.

The lube oil flow indicators are available with alarm switches for protecting machinery and minimising downtime in the event of flow failure.

These variable area indicators monitor flow rate and allow a consistent oil flow to keep systems functional.

The meters provide flow indication to assist in problem diagnosis and respond immediately if flow goes too high or low.

The mechanical flow switches can be wired to trigger equipment shutdown for protection against machinery damage.

Lube oil indicators from Flow-Mon can transmit petroleum or synthetic oil flows from 0.2 to 2000 litres per minute.

The series includes meters made with a wide range of body and seal materials selected for circulating lubricating oil in paper roll applications.

Meters measuring lph, gpm, gpm(US), gph, m3/hr, etc are also offered.

These meters can be calibrated for specific oils (with viscosities from 30 to 600 cS) and are easy to install, operate and maintain.

They mount inline and in any orientation, with no straight pipe runs required.

The switches used have UL/CSA, CE and ATEX certifications.
