BPB Formula, the industrial plaster division of BPB plc, is a world leading supplier of formulated plaster and gypsum products.
The BPB Group had already embarked on a worldwide WCM (World Class Manufacturing) policy as a means of reducing manufacturing costs and increasing profitability.
As part of this process BPB Formula in Newark has fully implemented the Idhammar.OEE System.
The software provides the control room staff with a valuable tool to support their efforts towards continuous improvement.
