All you need to know about the food supply chain seminar programmes at Foodex-Meatex: the Food Processing Faraday Partnership is leading a series of seminars on Food Futures at the exhibition
The Food Processing Faraday Partnership is leading a series of seminars on Food Futures at Foodex Meatex 2006, and International Food Hygiene is running a Health and Safety Forum, an extensive programme of talks on food safety management and legislative issues Designed to create an environment in which visitors and exhibitors can easily access information about all the most important issues affecting the food and drink supply chain, the seminars have been broken down into manageable chunks so that visitors can hand pick the talks that are of most interest to them, leaving plenty of time to visit the different elements of the show

He will look at development of new products, processes and equipment for exploitation by the food and drink industry and look at some of the advances being made in applications for nano-technology in food, sensors, and controls for food quality.

The Health and Safety Forum, sponsored by International Food Hygiene magazine, and taking place in the Foodex Meatex Events Arena in Hall 12, will include a number of industry experts who will provide detailed exploration of international food standards, including.
