Food test fixtures fit application
demands

The Food Technology Corporation will be exhibiting their enhanced range of over 100 standard test fixtures conforming to ISO, DIN and BS standards at the Food Ingredients Europe Show, at Excel

These fixtures may be used throughout the food industry providing food technologists with unique testing opportunities in both the development and quality testing environments Flexibility of test fixture configuration and design is critical in obtaining maximum benefit from food texture analysis

To compliment these fixtures, FTC has produced a range of industry specific product catalogues, which act as a quick reference teaching guide for texture testers within the food industry.

This will compliment a series of short 20 minute seminars, which the FTC food technologist Jon Hellyer will be holding throughout the show on the FTC stand.

The seminars will emphasise key factors necessary when testing food texture and feature case studies highlighting solutions found through effective testing techniques.

All fixtures are compatible with the FTC TMS-Console test system, a proven texture analyser for the price sensitive commercial factory environment, and the TMS-Pro computer-controlled analyser designed for maximum test flexibility and accuracy in the research laboratory.

The Food Ingredients Europe Show, is at Excel, London, 30 October - 1 November, and FTC can be found on stand H12007, in the FIPSS Pavilion, South Hall.
