The website includes information on eGard, a completely new approach to controlling access to hazardous machinery and equipment.

The site, which is fast and easy to navigate, is designed to make specification of any Fortress product quick and simple.

Each product has its own dedicated page with a general description, construction and application information, plus many links for further information.

The website offers detailed descriptions of the Fortress safety interlocking product range.

The newest of these is eGard, an intelligent, modular access and control system for machinery guarding applications.

It enables a selection of modules including both mechanical trapped key interlocks and electrical safety gate switch interlocks to be integrated in one unit.

In addition eGard enables electrical operator controls to be included.
