Save money with an accurate fluid dispenser
When expensive fluids are being dispensed, an accurate dispenser will pay for itself in a short period of time, just based on fluid saved by dispensing exactly the required amount
Programme and store up to 100 combinations of all dispense control parameters including piston displacement, flow rate, rpm, forward, reverse, quick-prime, and suck back.
The new TSI Touch Screen Interface adds intuitive programming of up to 16 pumps simultaneously.
The new Smooth-flo System has been added to provide pulse-free, low flow, fluid delivery to the FMI line.
In addition, the new Quick Run Module has enhanced the IDS2000 to offer a quick and simple solution for industrial dispensing applications.
The new V300 Stroke Rate Controller is now available for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps.
Front panel membrane switches offer convenient manual setting of pump stroke rates adjustable in 0.1% increments.
Stroke rate can also be controlled electronically through an interface which can accept 4-20mA, 0-5 VDC, and 0-10 VDC input signals typically provided by process sensors and instrumentation.
FMI Pumps feature the patented CeramPump valveless piston design, having only one moving part and a ceramic and fluorocarbon fluid path they are capable of dispensing from 2 microLitres per dispense up to 4,600 mL/min continuous metering with pressures up to 100 psig at an accuracy of 1% or better.
The new catalogue is also available for easy downloading on the Fluid Metering web site.
Fluid Metering is certified as compliant with ISO 9001 quality standards.
