True-RMS Digital Multimeter delivers performance

A Fluke (UK) product story
Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team May 7, 2008

Fluke, the global leader in handheld electronic test and measurement equipment, has introduced a new, easy-to-use true-RMS digital multimeter (DMM), the Fluke 113, to solve most electrical problems

The new Fluke 113 true-RMS Digital Multimeter is designed to help utility electrical contractors and industrial electricians to quickly diagnose electrical problems.

It meets the latest safety standards and offers a special function which enables users to simultaneously test for voltage or continuity.

The new Fluke 113 DMM gives users the means to quickly and easily carry out basic electrical measurements.

It delivers significant improvements over other digital multimeters available on the market, including the previous Fluke 12 and Fluke 7-600 models also targeted at this type of application.

Easy to use, the Fluke 113 offers added measurement functions, a backlight and a much larger display which provides good visibility in low-lit areas.

The Fluke 113 offers excellent value for the price, combined with the accuracy, durability and safety that make Fluke tools famous.

The Fluke 113 has the features needed to repair most electrical problems, providing both auto and manual ranging capabilities.

Using the Fluke VCHEK LoZ, low impedance measurement function, users can simultaneously test for voltage or continuity.

The min/max function lets them record signal fluctuations.

The Fluke 113 meets Measurement Category CAT III 600 V and CAT IV 300 V standards: it can also perform diode tests.

The Fluke 113 comes complete with TL75 test leads and features an integral holster with probe holders for easy storage.

The optional ToolPak magnetic hanger allows the user to suspend the tool from steel surfaces for hands-free convenience.

Fluke Digital Multimeters are available from Fluke authorised distributors.
