The Fulton Clean Steam boiler, claimed by the company to be the first self contained electrically powered unit manufactured in the UK and based upon the proven EFS boiler, has been specifically designed to provide clean steam to the recommendations of HTM 2031, for compliance with Euro norm 554.
The boiler, which is designed for high demand, short term peak loads of up to 300 kg/h, complies with current EC directives stating that pyrogen-free steam is now essential for the manufacture of medical devices/products and sterilisation services.
The four-model Series EFS electric range offers outputs between 24 and 70kW and has been designed specifically to deliver the short period/high demand steam loads needed for medical autoclaves and steriliser applications.
The fully automatic range provides short duration steam pulses at a steady pressure, typically 3 bar.
The EFS is quiet, clean and efficient and is protected with a fail-safe control system to ensure trouble free operation in medical environments.
The three models in the Series JFS gas-fired flash steam vertical range, which offers peak-rate outputs between 300 and 680 kg/h, are manufactured with larger pressure vessels to allow a much greater flash reserve to be stored.
The combination of quality dry steam and flash steam capability makes the JFS Series ideal for applications such as autoclave steriliser applications.
