Air-operated diaphragm pumps - the 'allrounders'
Air-operated diaphragm pumps are genuine all-rounders when the job is all about moving liquids safely, and this contributes to the 5-10% growth rate expected from the new Reko-Flux diaphragm pumps
The FBM 4000 Ex motor is initially available in a 230V, 560 watt version within an aluminium housing proven in the Flux F 460 Ex series pump motor.
It is approved to ATEX 100a for use in explosive environments.
For added safety there is an integral no-voltage release.
The new motor is designed for compatibility with ATEX 100a approved pumps in the Flux range, including the F 424 seal-less pump, a maintenance-free solution for handling abrasive and aggressive media; the F 430 which handles a variety of media, including paints, adhesives and materials which tend to crystallise or harden, leaving virtually no residue; and the F 550 GS eccentric worm drive pump which provides a lightweight solution for transferring liquids with viscosities up to 30,000mPas, and provides excellent price/performance for fine chemicals, pharmaceutical and petrochemical applications.
