For use in mixing fluids for process and refinery applications, the "FloMix" mixer plate uses patented slotted-plate technology with sufficient hole edge to insure excellent mixing Each wafer mounting plate is individually designed for the operating conditions and performance requirements

Made in 316 stainless steel to suit ANSI or DIN flanges, the maximum design pressure is 400 bar at 38 degrees C.

Typical uses are mixing liquids and/or gases prior to sampling, and also mixing liquids after injecting additives.

The "FloMix" unique design provides more hole edge which creates more effective mixing.

Easy to install, the plate can be inserted between existing flanges eliminating the need to cut and weld on the pipe.

To date orders have been placed by BP pipeline, Exxon Mobil, Plains Marketing and Shell.

The mixing plate is just one of a number of slotted plate based instruments developed by Texas A and M University, others include single and multi-phase differential flow metering systems.
