Compact, easy-fit FS 22 miniaturised copper bodied flow switches - from switching, sensing and control solutions specialists Gentech International - are designed for direct connection to existing 0.5 inch pipe and measure only 152.4mm (6 inches) in length.

Providing "no flow" protection for pumps and similar sensitive equipment in central heating and boiler systems, Gentech FS22 vertical mount flow switches operate with a small head of liquid and feature a pressure drop of 17mBar at 1 L/m (0.25psi).

Maximum pressure is 10 Bar at 20C and typical switch-on flow rate is 0.5 L/min (water).

The switches have a maximum switch rating of 300V dc, 1 amp, 10 watts, with an operating temperature range of -30C to +85C.
