Trent Tube is the only tube manufacturer who produces the full size range of tubes 0.5" to 6" in their own factory and in this way they can guarantee the quality assurance required by the bio-pharma industry across all their products.
Trent tube is produced according to A270 S2 316L.
The sulphur content is within the maximum range set down in the BPE standard and the mechanical and electro polishing fully meets the requirements of ASME BPE 2002.
All tubes are marked with size and heat number and bagged and capped.
Full material test reports (MTR) are supplied and we have an "on-line facility" where these reports can be downloaded directly from our web site.
