Battery-powered telemetry transmitter
The latest Grant Telemetry System allows remote siting of licence exempt wireless sensors where cabling systems prove impractical or costly, and it is ideal for temporary or permanent installations
The Squirrel data logger is used to validate the performance of the machines which are then sold to the healthcare market for cleaning surgical instruments and hollowware (bowls etc) The tests are described in a document called 'health and technical' memorandum 2030' (HTM 2030 for short) issued by our NHS.
These requirements are to monitor the temperatures under various conditions i.e loaded, unloaded.
The temperatures are then checked to ensure they meet recommended disinfection temperatures in the load and at various points around the washing chamber.
The SQ1600 was chosen for its simplicity of operation and high accuracy when monitoring temperature.
