A leading manufacturer of patisseries has chosen the Grant OQ606 oven logger, complete with thermal barrier, as the ideal system for monitoring cooking temperatures in their rotary ovens.

This provides the company with essential data to maintain quality procedures and produce the high grade products for which they are known.

The OQ606 oven logger complete with thermal barrier and thermocouples is placed within the oven at the start of the cooking cycle.

Pinpointing uneven oven temperatures, necessary adjustments can be made to the oven to reduce energy costs whilst maintaining high quality production.

Used on a daily basis oven performance can be monitored and possible faults highlighted so that remedial action can be taken quickly.

Downtime is therefore minimised.

Competitively priced, the OQ606 is simple to use and comes complete with SquirrelView software that can be configured to the customers own precise requirements.

Sample rates can be adjusted as required.

There are 6 thermocouple channels.

Battery powered, 3 AA cells provide up to 200 hours of operation at default settings.

Standard Grant units are available to suit most applications but custom made units are also available.
