The Grant SQ1600 universal Squirrel data logger is currently being used to check the performance of industrial washing/disinfecting machines before they are despatched to the NHS healthcare market
In order to continually meet these stringent demands a Grant Squirrel SQ2020 data logger is being used to maintain quality standards at the highest possible level.
Every fuel filter manufactured is tested and the reports of its performance and reliability are stored for future reference and product development projects.
One of the tests includes placing the filter in a specially manufactured pressurised container to check for leaks.
The enclosure is pressurised to a pre-determined maximum pressure, monitored and then stabilised to the required level.
Concurrently the temperature within the enclosure is monitored to give a correlation between the two values.
The pressure versus temperature decay is then plotted and this decay time is compared to pre-determined parameters.
Should any variances occur, remedial action can be taken to resolve the situation.
All information collected is converted into meaningful data by the Grant SQ2020 data logger.
The Grant SQ2020 data logger was chosen for its ease of use and Grant Instruments co-operation in providing a system to fully satisfy the demanding requirements.
Grant Instruments provide a range of data acquisition and logging equipment and systems that are used throughout all storage, laboratory, test, manufacturing and process industries.
