Euroblast PF blast systems work faster and longer
Longer operational blast cleaning periods and quicker blast media refill facilities are two of the key benefits in the Guyson Euroblast PF range of pressure feed shot blasting cabinets
It is the ideal solution for maintenance departments, restoration workshops and, reconditioners and re-manufacturers seeking to replace these slower, time consuming, manual methods.
Guyson blasting uses compressed air to propel blast media directly at the component through an exclusively designed blast gun.
These clean and safe operations are housed in an illuminated cabinet from which dust is constantly removed and the blast media recycled to provide a continuous and reliable parts cleaning system.

SUCTION OR PRESSURE FEED SYSTEMS.
There are two types of Guyson Euroblast installations, both capable of using a wide selection of blast media at alternative pressures; pressures low enough to blast delicate parts (glass and ceramics) and high enough to handle the most demanding (burnt on carbon or rust) cleaning and restoration operations.
DELICATE AND PRECISE FINISHES.
Suction Feed Suction feed cabinets are generally selected for light-to-medium maintenance and production requirements and limited space.
A suction feed system uses a venture siphoning action to draw the media into the compressed air stream within the gun nozzle itself.
One pass of the nozzle removes foreign matter in seconds and quickly produces a clean uniform surface finish.
A typical system combines a Euroblast cabinet and one of the Guyson range of efficient dust collectors.
The use of a media cyclone separator is optional with suction feed systems.
Designed for speed, giving faster cleaning times (up to four times faster than venturi systems) to meet higher throughput requirements, where time is of the essence, pressure feed cabinets are excellent for removing tough, hard scale and deposits particularly within hard-to-reach recessed areas and complex shapes.
The use of a pressure vessel forces a dense flow of media to the blast nozzle at high impact velocities.
This is particularly important where dense metallic grits are used to impart deep surface etching prior to bonding or coating.
A media cyclone separator is standard with pressure feed systems.
For further information on which Guyson cleaning system would be best for you, prospective users of any Guyson equipment whether it be a blast system, spray washer or ultrasonic cleaning equipment are encouraged to submit sample components for free feasibility testing to the companies extensive development workshop at Skipton, North Yorkshire, in the UK.
