Automatic handling for Microsolve
cleaning systems

By removing the need for manual movement of components through the process, Autotrans Mini allows throughput to be maximised while ensuring consistent cleaning quality from batch to batch

Guyson introduce the latest automated work transporter for the Kerry Ultrasonics Microsolve solvent cleaning systems By removing the need for manual movement of components through the process, Autotrans Mini allows throughput to be maximised while ensuring consistent cleaning quality from batch to batch

Autotrans Mini will also reduce the problem of solvent 'drag-out', the unintentional loss of cleaning solution when components are transferred through the cleaning process.

Losses are minimised because transfer speeds and dwell times are controlled automatically, significantly lowering system running costs over time.

An alternative to the multi-programmable Autotrans Mk 4 unit, Autotrans Mini is a cost effective transporter providing pre-programmed vertical and lateral movement of loads up to 20 kg.

For unmanned operation, 'basket present' switches can be fitted, allowing component baskets to be picked up automatically from a feed conveyor and placed on an exit conveyor after cleaning.

Autotrans Mini is powered by AC motors providing high positional accuracy and a maximum speed of 3 metres per minute in both vertical and horizontal directions.

External movement sensors ensure personnel safety and prevent damage to the system in the event of an obstruction. Request a free brochure from Guyson International ...
