The Photon system offers significant operating improvements and cost savings over established UV technologies.
Depending upon requirements, between one and twelve high output, medium pressure UV lamps are configured within the disinfection chamber parallel to the flow.
This configuration has many advantages over conventional in-line systems: residence time is increased, headloss is reduced and lamp change-over greatly simplified.
Its small footprint also means it can usually be installed within existing plant rooms.
Each Photon lamp can have a dedicated UV monitor, ensuring the output of each lamp is continuously checked and that all parts of the flow receive an optimum UV dose.
Also on display will be a model from the Hanovia WS200 series of low pressure disinfection systems; these systems are commonly used in industrial applications requiring lower flows.
Hanovia experts will be on hand throughout the show to answer any UV-related questions.
