UV disinfection specialist Hanovia has appointed Andrew Clark as its new Technical Director

Andrew will be responsible for developing the Hanovia UV expertise in process water applications such as pharmaceutical and electronics manufacturing, food and beverage processing, brewing and swimming pools worldwide He joins Hanovia from Hozelock, where he was Director of Design

Prior to that appointment he was Technical Manager of Raymarine.

Andrew, who is a graduate of the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom, has considerable experience in project management and designing products for global markets against tight unit cost constraints.

Commenting on his appointment Andrew said, "With many exciting developments under way I am greatly looking forward to being part of the Hanovia continuing growth.

With our strong scientific knowledge base we are exceptionally well placed to expand use of our chemical free, UV water treatment technology".
