Industrial interface unit with metal cover
Harting has introduced a new version of the Han-Port industrial interface unit with a metal cover for added protection, plus also additional inserts for power and signal connections
The power inserts include mains sockets for all European and international standards, with screw termination to ensure reliable connection.
The data inserts include RJ45, USB, SUB-D9 and SUB-D25 standard interfaces, and can be used in multiple combinations.
'Gender changer' modules allow easy connection from both sides of the panel without the need for soldering.
The unit is housed in a robust zinc diecast frame equipped with separate transparent covers for power and data connections.
In the locked position, it guarantees protection to IP 65, and is thus ideal for use on protected control cabinets in harsh industrial environments.
The locking system protects against accidental opening.
