H and V07, the biennial national event for the heating and ventilating industry, has announced that the event will be fully supported by the industry's three leading trade associations

H and V07, the biennial national event for the heating and ventilating industry, has announced that the event will be fully supported by the industry's three leading trade associations - FETA (Federation of Environmental Trade Associations), the HVCA (Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association) and ICOM Energy Association (Industrial and Commercial Energy Association) The support from these three key industry trade bodies is a boost for H and V07 which is set to be even bigger and better than the inaugural event held at the NEC in 2005

The event organisers, Emap Maclaren, will work with FETA, the HVCA and ICOM Energy Association to promote H and V07 to respective member companies and the wider handv industry at large.

These associations will work closely with the organisers to ensure a successful H and V07, developing and further enhancing its value to visitors and exhibitors alike.

FETA is the DTI recognised trade organisation, which represents the interests of manufacturers, suppliers, installers and many contractors within the heating, ventilating, refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

Cedric Sloan, Director General of FETA, comments "After the welcome success of H and V05, we are delighted to give our full backing to H and V07 - an event which fulfils the sector's huge demand for a national industry showcase alongside the well-established RAC07 show".

Robert Higgs, Director of the HVCA, the UK's key contractor organisation, added "Representatives of HVCA member companies who attended the 2005 launch event were unanimous in their praise for the quality of the show.

A good cross-section of the major brands were present, whilst the seminar programme and skills centre proved genuinely informative.

We are pleased, therefore, to be associated with H and V07 and to be involved with Emap in its development".

H and V07 also enjoys support from ICOM Energy Association, the influential trade body representing UK based industrial and commercial boiler, burner, air and radiant heater, direct fired hot water, controls and ancillary equipment manufacturers and importers.

Peter McCree, Director and Chief Executive of ICOM Energy Association, said "H and V07 is the right event for our members to show the industry the innovation at work in the industrial and commercial boiler sector.

We are looking forward very much to H and V07 - it's the centrepiece event the H and V industry needs".

"This far-reaching support from within the industry for H and V07 is a great platform and confidence-booster for the event and its exhibitors" adds Event Director, Rowan Crowley.

"We are developing several new initiatives for H and V07 and we are confident that it has all the right ingredients to build on its successful debut.

We look forward to working with the industry to ensure that H and V07 delivers!" H and V07 will be a complete industry event with a full range of exciting, interactive features and initiatives.

H and V07 will once again co-locate with RAC07, the UK's only dedicated event for the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.

Although remaining separate shows with their own distinct and very individual identities, co-location will provide an extensive and complimentary mix of visitors, given free movement between the two events.

At the same time, those who want to concentrate on the one show can do just that.
