New recognition for customer service
Hayes Control Systems, the exclusive UK supplier of Beckhoff automation products, has opened its first overseas office and is strengthening its services to UK Industrial Automation customers

He has a Bachelor of Business (International Business) and brings over six years experience to the post.
His career has shifted from the factory floor at Tridonic Atco to finance controlling and sales engineering elsewhere.
His work includes sales in Japan and international sales management in Europe; he has frequently travelled for business and has a strong background of making personal contact with customers.
Neil March, sales manager at the company's northern office, has worked in the machine building and automation environment for 15 years.
He began his career as a systems design engineer before moving into field technical support roles with several international automation equipment manufacturers.
He has spent five years supporting sales and developing old and new businesses, with an aim to improve machine automation for modern control architecture.
Both managers will focus on maintaining good levels of service and high standards of working practice.
They will work in accordance with the ISO9000 international certification, which Hayes recently received in recognition of good service.
"The ISO 9000 is a formal guarantee for quality assurance and sets the scene for successful business development," says Hayes Controls Quality Manager Alan Smith.
"In order to receive it, Hayes had to undergo a six-stage process to ensure flawless levels of customer satisfaction and internal working strategies".
"As members of a valued team Neil and I will focus on ensuring consistent standards in the UK and abroad," says Bjorn: "Our certification has international status, and I look forward to adhering to it in Dubai".
