Large screen technology for control rooms
Hima-Sella is teaming up with eyevis of Germany, in order to enhance the provision of the latest technology: eyevis offer large screen technology which can be useful in the control room environment
The project consists of the design, manufacture, inspection, test and installation of various control-system panels including those for heating, ventilation and air conditioning; trace heating and process sequence control systems.
The prompt award of a further contract, the continuation of a similar project completed in 2005, was given to Hima-Sella after the usual tendering process because of its excellent track record and its reputation for delivering reliable, cost effective and high quality services to industry, and to Urenco Capenhurst since 1997.
Urenco Capenhurst uses advanced technology to provide a uranium enrichment service, enabling the generation of electricity from nuclear-fuelled power stations.
"Hima-Sella has worked very closely with Urenco Capenhurst throughout this technically complex project, and will continue to do so after the on-site work is finished to ensure that the highest possible standards of reliability are maintained," said Tim Allard, the relevant Sales Engineer at Hima-Sella: "The specialist nature of the work means that we have to adhere to very strict guidelines, and produce paperwork for each individual component for every aspect of manufacture and construction.
It takes skill and experience to manage the regulatory side of the work properly".
