Hima-Sella retains IEC61508
certification
Systems integration specialist Hima-Sella has successfully completed its second tri-annual re-certification for the IEC 61508 standard - up to and including SIL3 (Safety Integrity Level 3)
Unlike the annual surveillance assessment (which consists of a one-day audit), the tri-annual audit is an in-depth examination lasting up to a week, addressing everything in great detail, and so is not lightly awarded Hima-Sella is pleased that its dedication to maintaining the highest possible functional safety standards continues to be recognised by the assessors, SIRA Certification Service, a world leader in conformity assessment
