The project will migrate the existing Honeywell plant process control systems to the latest Experion Process Knowledge System (PKS).
The upgrade also includes the Honeywell Field Device Manager, Alarm Management and Lifecycle Management applications as well as user training and technical support.
Honeywell Digital Video Manager will be installed as part of a separate project.
The new technology platform will deliver numerous benefits, among them greater access to a wide variety of process critical information that will allow operators to optimise decision making, enhance productivity and improve plant profitability.

Honeywell solutions are currently used in Kronos facilities in Canada, Belgium and Germany.
