and profits

Raw, treated and waste water quality varies from place to place, depending on the condition of the source water from which it is drawn, and the treatment it receives.
The amount of chemical agent added is critical for optimum performance.
Both underdosing and overdosing of the chemical agent affect the water quality and leads to poor performance.
Because the water characteristics and chemical agent demand are constantly changing, it is essential to continuously monitor electrochemistry in liquids to optimise the chemical dosage.
Real-time analysis of the water quality and the performance of a chemical agent allows adjustment of a chemical dosage at all times, and development of a feed optimisation system.
Real-time electrochemical liquid analysis offers a series of advantages that lead to higher OEE including; increased accuracy and detection limits; low cost of implementation; minimises waste and by-product formation; savings of water, energy and chemicals.
