From a single valve to I/P converters
The intrinsically safe Hoerbiger-Origa Piezo valve with a switching power rating of only 1 mW is the basis of the whole modular product range of Low-Power Systems
The new range of Piezo valves from Hoerbiger-Origa starts with piezo-pilot-operated valves with various directional functions and threaded port sizes, including Namur flange, and with IP 65 protection system Pilot valves can also be supplied with a CNOMO interface and are compatible with most of the intrinsically safe galvanic isolated relays, safety barriers and remote process I/O systems from current known market suppliers

Pressure regulation goalposts move again
Hoerbiger-Origa has enhanced its intelligent proportional pressure control valve, Airfit Tecno, with a redesign improving its performance and ensuring reliability in the most arduous application zones
The pilot valves have electrical protection Type Eexia and are certified to ATEX.
The flow rates, depending on the type of pilot valve, range from 50 l/min in M5 configuration up to 6600 l/min for the ISO3 size.
The piezo valve also works perfectly as a proportional valve in the airfit tecno proportional pressure regulator and in customer-specific applications.
For customer specific requirements there are various OEM versions for analogue or digital actuation and our development team is always ready to work with the customer on special Solutions. Request a free brochure from Hoerbiger-Origa ...
