Hardy Instruments is pleased to announce a nationwide localised field service programme for users of Process Weighing, Tension Control and Vibration Monitoring instrumentation within the United States In addition to scheduled maintenance, this new local service will ensure Hardy Instruments customers have 24/7 access to an experienced and factory-trained technician

Hardy Instruments can now assist customers with installation and startup of systems, scale verification, calibration and certification, emergency troubleshooting and service, on-site training and routine preventative maintenance and inspection.

Availability to these resources ensures that customers will maintain consistent plant productivity and product quality.

Customers can choose a service plan which best fits their maintenance and support needs through the flexible "Service By Design" programme, or choose one of the pre-defined service packages.
