Hardy Instruments, a San Diego-based manufacturer of process weighing, vibration monitoring and tension control solutions, has been acquired by Roper Industries of USA

Hardy Instruments has been providing superior, innovative products and excellent customer service for more than 85 years.

Its process weighing technology will provide new opportunities to companies within the Roper Energy Systems and Controls group.

Roper excellence in market connectivity and international presence will aid the Hardy global reach and future growth.
