HR International Crushing and Screening have supplied Aggregate Industries with two inclined vibrating screens as part of their new minerals processing plant at Haughmond Quarry, near Shrewsbury

HR International Crushing and Screening, the new name of Hewitt Robins International, have recently supplied Aggregate Industries with two 1800mm wide x 7200mm long triple deck inclined vibrating screens, each having a double mechanism.

The screens are installed as part of the new minerals processing plant at Haughmond Quarry, near Shrewsbury and were supplied complete with the supporting structure, chutework and fitted with PU modules.

They were designed to handle a nominal 250tph split at 28mm, 20mm, 14mm, 10mm, 6.3mm and 3.35mm with a facility to re-crush the 28mm and 20mm when high demand for chippings is required.

The screens are standard sizes in a range which extends to three metre wide units and ten metres long in single, double or triple decks.
