Due to excellent sales resulting from recent exhibition activities, Harpscreen GB have fast tracked their plans to expand facilities at their Merseyside depot Harpscreen can provide a wide range of screening media for the quarrying industries, together with mining, mineral extraction and general engineering and materials processing applications

They also service the burgeoning waste disposal and recycling markets, including excavation and soil reclamation.

Their ability to also produce stainless steel screens ensures that companies associated with food, chemicals and pharmaceutical production can also be accommodated.

Their premises at St Helens is being increased by a third, to 20,000 sq feet.

This will include new production facilities, as well as provision for increased storage capacity, to provide a same day delivery from stock wherever possible.

A 100% increase in machine shop capabilities will also ensure that even bespoke screens or emergency breakdowns can also be subject to similar priority delivery.

The screens manufactured by Harpscreen include woven wire and welded mesh products, together with both triangle and diamond formed self-cleaning Flexi-harp screens.

Materials used for construction include high tensile carbon steel and stainless steels with high quality mild steel rods on the welded products.

Patterns of square, rectangular and long-slot mesh can be supplied in multiple wire patterns and aperture sizes, to provide the combination of wear resistance and anti-clogging performance required for both wet and dry material screening requirements.

A wide choice of edge construction or hook strip fittings can also be offered.

These products are complemented with many other proprietary screening products, together with conveyor spares including belting, drums, idlers and rollers etc.
