Roberts came to Invensys from GE Medical Systems, where he led a large field services sales and marketing organisation and managed many successful business initiatives.
Roberts holds a both a BS degree in mechanical engineering and BA in design from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
He has also earned certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt, having demonstrated proficiency utilising the disciplined Six Sigma methodology to maximise customer satisfaction through measurable improvements in products and services.
