27 January 2010 - Brooks Instrument has acquired Key Instruments, a manufacturer of flowmeters based in Trevose, Pennsylvania.
Key offers precision-machined acrylic flowmeters, moulded plastic flowmeters, glass tube flowmeters, electronic flowmeters and flow control valves for medical, industrial, water, chemical and laboratory applications.
26 June 2009 - Brooks Instrument has acquired certain assets of Celerity's Instrumentation division, a provider of precision instruments and advanced gas and liquid delivery solutions.
