The IMAC portfolio of software products now includes.
* IMAC Sentinel Lite - a simple, cost effective package for organisations wishing to replace alarm printers with a single PC, eliminating long term cost and reliability issues associated with printers and their consumables.
The product looks and feels exactly the same as the full IMAC Sentinel system, however its functionality has been tailored to meet the requirements of those customers wishing to just replace printers and do not need the added functionality that IMAC Sentinel offers.
IMAC Sentinel Lite simply captures data from serial inputs, replacing up to two alarm printers.
* IMAC Sentinel - a monitoring package for organisations that need to monitor and report safety critical alarms and events.
Its unique design allows the package to be tailored to site specific requirements.
IMAC Sentinel can accept up to 16 separate inputs and can be enhanced using IMAC Xpert enabling it to become a powerful analysis tool which can be used to rationalise alarms ensuring optimum plant efficiency.
* IMAC Xpert - A powerful alarm analysis tool which interfaces with IMAC Sentinel enabling the user to become more analytical with the alarms received.
This type of event reporting analysis enables the user to rationalise alarms thus optimising plant operation by reducing downtime and increasing efficiency.
The IMAC Xpert flexible, multi-faceted design means that effective alarm management can now be achieved at minimal cost with maximum functionality.
* IMAC Custodian - A suite of web based software tools designed to assist control room operators and supervisors to manage alarm and safety system procedures.
The first product is an alarm override/suppression logbook which provides operators with a simple, yet reliable means of recording, controlling and auditing plant inhibits in accordance with industrial best practise as detailed in the EEMUA 191 and HSE guidelines.
It eliminates the need for paper log book based systems, whilst improving security through the use of digital signatures.
