5.0

IDEC Electronics are pleased to announce the latest version of WindLDR which incorporates a number of new features.

A new feature is on line editing which means a programme can be modified and tested without stopping the PLC.

Test programmes can be downloaded to the PLC, tested then either saved or discarded.

Monitoring of the PLC programme through custom dialogue boxes has also been improved, the communication speed being significantly increased, meaning momentary contact closures can be more clearly observed.

One of the most useful features is programme simulation on your PC.

Ladder programmes can be tested without downloading to the PLC.

Contact closing and opening can be affected simply by double clicking on the contact meaning you can selectively test all parts of the programme as required.

All customers who have WindLDR version 4.00 and upwards can upgrade to version 5.0 by accessing the IDEC website.
