IFM unveils latest TK temperature switch

An IFM Electronic product story
Edited by the Processingtalk editorial team Sep 12, 2008

IFM Electronic has released its latest easy-to-use TK temperature switch.

The setting rings show where to set the output temperature: then the users turns, twists the lock and it's done.

The desired switching temperature can be set on the bench or in the process - it doesn't need the medium.

The Pt1000 element will provide lasting, reliable and accurate sensing of the temperature, while the device is of course all solid state and two clearly visible LEDs indicating the switching status and readiness for operation.

Wetted parts in high-grade stainless steel mean that corrosion won't be a problem.

The TK is available in two versions to date, both with a temperature setting range between -25 and 140C (-13 and 284F) that differ in having either two separate switch points with fixed hysteresis, or adjustable set and reset points.

Operating voltage is 10 to 30V DC and both the outputs can handle 500mA.
