The acquisition of FormulaWare enhances the 3i Infotech position in providing ERP solutions for small and medium businesses in the chemical and paint segments of the process manufacturing market

3i Infotech, a global provider of information technology solutions, has acquired FormulaWare, a US-based software company which provides a robust Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for the process manufacturing industry, with special emphasis on the chemical and paint segments.

FormulaWare has over 25 years of experience in providing business management software to clients.

Through its flagship product, Product Formulation Manufacturing (PFM), FormulaWare combines state-of-the-art database technology with advanced software designed to meet the specific requirements of manufacturers of formulated products.

"We believe the acquisition further strengthens our product placement by providing software solutions for the entire range of small to medium-size enterprises," said Mr V.
