DryRun Scroll Pumps for aggressive
applications

The DryRun is a newly designed and patented range of scroll pumps from vacuum technologies company ILMVAC, specifically constructed for pumping aggressive gas and vapour applications

The DryRun is a new range of scroll pumps from vacuum technologies company ILMVAC, which are specifically designed for aggressive applications Many patented innovations have been incorporated in this new pump design which make it better suited to the pumping of aggressive gases and vapours than conventional scroll technologies and oil sealed pumps

PTFE coatings on media contacting surfaces, vertical shaft technology and the complete absence of a shaft seal give exceptional vapour handling capacity and make the DryRun ideal for plasma etching, curing and degassing, sputtering, semiconductor technology and lamp production.

In addition, the unique multiplayer tip seal technology produces much less dust than competitors and extends the range applications to electron microscopy, load locks and other clean applications.

Initially available in 10 cubic metres per hour format with vacuum in the 0.01 mbar range, additional models both larger and smaller are planned for 2004. Request a free brochure from Ilmvac UK ...
