IMO acquires Jeambrun Automation in France

IMO Precision Controls has continued with its aggressive investment into the expansion of its international base with the acquisition of French Automation specialist Jeambrun Automation SA

Leading automation and control specialist IMO Precision Controls has continued with its aggressive investment into the expansion of its international base with the acquisition of French Automation specialist Jeambrun Automation SA.

The new company, IMO Jeambrun Automation SAS, has five offices throughout France backed by a strong technical support and logistics infrastructure, further strengthening the IMO presence in the European market and complementing existing operations in the UK, Italy and Germany.

"IMO strategy is to develop through the growth and success of our customers, and we are determined to invest aggressively to make it easier to buy IMO products around the world", commented IMO Chief Executive, Fausto Furlotti.

The new company in France has a current turnover of Euro 8 Million and is already able to offer an impressive range of products, combining its original portfolio with the IMO products, one of the most complete and flexible range of automation and control solutions available to the industry today.

IMO Jeambrun Automation SAS is committed to continuing to develop the sales and technical infrastructure to support the introduction of the IMO innovative range of products to the French market.
