Tutela delivers significant cost savings by minimising losses due to equipment malfunctions and by eliminating the need for manual measurement recordings.
Product quality is improved because case temperatures stay consistent.
Any malfunctions are automatically alarmed to a 24 hour Monitoring Bureau where complete records are stored.
These can be downloaded at any time from the secure Tutela web site.
A ready-to-fit kit is prepared off-site for each manufacturer and the wireless element reduces the need for cables.
That makes installation simple and disruption to operations is minimised.
In addition to temperature measurement the unit will accept all common 4-20mA signal devices.
Instruments Direct Services was formed last year by Steve Emery, its managing director, who has more than twenty years experience in the market sector.
The company has been appointed as Tutela agent for the food and pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors by Next Control Systems.
"We have reviewed the results of extremely extensive on-site tests of this product with trial customers before we took on the agency and we are completely satisfied it delivers everything a modern manufacturer could ever need," said Mr Emery.
For Next Controls, managing director Tim Bartholomew said the system had been developed over many years and provided the ultimate low cost solution.
"We have driven down the costs to the point where there is no capital outlay.
Twenty-first century technology is now available for everybody and the system has already been welcomed in the UK retailing and foodservice sectors and by operators in Germany," he added.
