Longward will be responsible for sales of the company's entire product portfolio, which includes the brand groups of Ultracrete, Cemtec and Ultra.
He commented: "This is an exciting opportunity to further develop the company's existing overseas customer base, to expand its successful export operations into new countries and to develop new markets worldwide".
Helen Waldron has been appointed Area Sales Manager for the Midlands region for Instarmac's market leading Ultracrete and Cemtec Brands.
Waldron is very experience in this sector of the construction industry.
During more than five years with Instarmac she has accrued an extensive technical knowledge of the company's products, its markets, services and customer care.
Waldron commented: "My recent temporary role as Area Sales Manager in the North East region has given me a taste for this role".
"I relish the challenge".
Former Instarmac Sales Co-ordinator, Claire Abraham, has been promoted to Area Sales Manager for the South West Region.
Her responsibilities will include working closely with customers from the utility sector, local authorities, contracting teams, architects, specifies and civil engineers, with all matters relating to the Ultracrete and Cemtec brands.
Abraham commented: "My aim is to secure strong working relationships with our customers in the South West region providing effective solutions and developing new business opportunities".
