The air-powered fixed-ratio See-Flo 582 meter/mix/dispense system is designed for precise and reliable dispensing of low-viscosity two-component adhesives or sealants
Floor-, cart-, or pail-top-mounted, the See-Flo 582 is modular and easily adapted to a wide range of applications, from electronic potting to battery production It can be operated continuously, for manual dispense-on-demand applications, or as a volumetric metered shot of mixed material
Models are available for single, stand-alone stations or for multiple-valve units mounted to a common feed manifold in automated operations.
A typical application includes lead acid battery plate locking, where all 6 cells are bonded in one operation.
The 582 dispense system features reciprocating, positive-displacement meter pumps.
It incorporates the Sealant No-Flush disposable static mixer coupled with a dual-spool No-Drip dispense valve assembly for mixing and dispensing material components.
