Integrated Dispensing Systems Ltd introduces the V200 stroke rate controller for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps

Integrated Dispensing Systems Ltd introduces the V200 stroke rate controller for precision control of all FMI V-Series variable speed metering pumps The V200 is designed for accurate fluid metering in laboratory R and D, test stand, pilot plant, process, and production applications The V200 Controller allows pump speed settings to be adjusted either manually in 0.1% increments using a convenient on-board digital potentiometer, or through an electronic 4-20mA interface ideal for PLC and process instrumentation

The V-200 is capable of variable control of fluid flow from 0 up to 4 litres/min in both forward and reverse directions (depending on pump head and drive configuration).

Changing from manual to electronic control, as well as changing flow direction, is easily accomplished using convenient front mounted toggle switches.

The V200 is compatible with FMI's RHV, QV, QVG, and Q2V RatioMatic pump models providing flow ranges from 0 to 4 litres/min (60 US Gallons/hr) at pressures up to 100 psig (6.9 bar).

When used with the Q2V RatioMatic Dual Pump Drive, exceptional proportional metering of two fluids with ratios of up to 500:1 can be accomplished.

The V200 is equipped with a versatile multi-position stand with key slot holes suitable for both wall mounting or counter top operation.

Fluid Metering also offers a variety of accessories for their pumps and dispensers including low flow fittings, rotational sensors, pulse dampeners, and a dial indicator for ultra-fine adjustment of flow rate settings.

FMI is certified as compliant with ISO 9002 quality standards.
