The air-powered fixed-ratio See-Flo 582 meter/mix/dispense system is designed for precise and reliable dispensing of low-viscosity two-component adhesives or sealants
FMI have developed the new range of Ratio:Matic pumps consisting of two FMI pump heads which are directly coupled to a single variable speed drive.
The flow rate from each pump head is independently adjustable, and with a choice of a variety of pump head sizes combination will enable the user to achieve dispensing ratios from 1:1 up to 1000:1.
A typical application for the Ratio:Matic pump is for dual channel dispensing from as low as 2 microLitres per dispense.
In addition, proportional metering of two fluids into a single fluid stream up to 4 L/min continuous flow is possible.
To simplify controls and to make significant cost savings, both pump heads can be controlled from a single drive motor and controller.
The unique CeramPump design utilises only one moving part, a rotating and reciprocating ceramic piston which accomplishes both pumping and valving functions without any valves.
The dimensionally stable, sapphire-hard ceramic piston and mated liner are precisely manufactured to ensure long term, drift-free accuracy of 1% or better for millions of industry proven maintenance-free cycles.
These pumps are available with a variety of different drive combinations including AC, DC and stepper motor.
To compliment these drives, controllers are available ranging from simple process and quick start stepper control to programmable intelligent stepper drivers.
