Visitors can also gain first-hand experience of three core technologies including the Anhydro Pilot Spin Flash Dryer SFD-47 together with the Invensys Intelligent Integrator process control unit, and APV laboratory homogenisers.
The Anhydro pilot Spin Flash Dryer, type SFD 47, is based on a unique drying concept developed and patented by Anhydro.
This unit is specially designed for small-scale, continuous production and test work.
As a standardised unit, the Spin Flash dryer is complete with an Invensys Integrator control system, safety system, cabling and wiring, packing and full documentation.
It is easily installed and ready for use.
The Invensys Intelligent Integrator process control system enables pre-programming of production parameters via the operator touch screen.
The centralised, fully intelligent automation control system delivers data collection and control of recipes from the raw material stage through to finished production.
The APV laboratory homogenisers are handy and easy to operate.
They deliver fully reproducible results for micro-emulsions, suspensions, emulsions and cell disruption that can be applied to full-scale production.
They are used to help improve existing products or to develop new ones.
