To complement their extensive range of calibration sources, IMPAC Infrared have introduced the IRC 120, a low cost instrument for the checking of infrared pyrometers at a fixed temperature of 120C

To complement their extensive range of calibration sources, IMPAC Infrared have introduced the IRC 120 The IRC 120 is an instrument for the checking of infrared pyrometers at a fixed temperature value of 120C

The highly accurate controlling of the IRC 120 ensures the constant and stable heating of the large area emitter (52 mm), with high temperature uniformity and a maximum deviation of 0.2C.

Warm up time is only 8 minutes.

This temperature uniformity together with the high emissivity of the emitter surface also enables the exact verification of pyrometers with large target sizes.

The compact construction also allows pyrometers to be checked without the need to be removed from their installation position.

The introduction of the IRC 120 provides a low cost, but very accurate solution for the checking and calibration of infrared pyrometers.
