Impac Infrared has extended its product range with the introduction of a series of un-cooled Pyroline industrial line cameras and Pyroview thermal imaging cameras

Impac Infrared has extended its product range with the introduction of a series of industrial line cameras and thermal imaging cameras Designed to meet the exacting conditions for industrial process measurement and control, these instruments are rugged with high specifications and a range of spectral responses to match specific application needs

The Pyroline Line Cameras are un-cooled cameras for non-contact temperature measurement in a line of 128 or 256 pixels, simultaneously with high accuracy.

These cameras can measure temperatures between 0 and 1300C at very fast speeds of up to 512 lines per second.

The cameras have trigger inputs and alarm outputs for use without a PC.

When used in conjunction with the online software, Pyrosoft, full process monitoring and control function are available.

Data can also be recorded in video mode.

The Pyroline cameras are available in 4 spectral ranges to suit various applications.

The Pyroview Thermal Imaging Cameras are un-cooled FPA instruments for fixed installation.

They are designed for the temperature measurement and temperature distribution of industrial processes, from -20 to 500C.

The cameras measure the surface temperature of the object with 32,768 or 76,800 pixels simultaneously in 2 dimensions and display a thermal image on a PC screen.

These 2D array infrared cameras are specifically designed for continuous use in industrial plants for process and quality control.

When used in conjunction with the powerful Pyrosoft online software, the system enables the monitoring of limit functions and control of the process.

Using the data recording function the measured data can be saved as a video.

The Pyrovision 9100 series are Ultra High Resolution Thermal Imaging Cameras for high temperature industrial process and research applications.

Using advanced FPA technology these instruments are unique in today's market.

For high temperature applications, conventional thermal imager is limited in its accuracy and general usefulness by several factors.

Firstly the spectral response is limited to the mid to far infrared spectrum which will result in significant errors due to changes in the process surface.

Secondly, images of processes, which are very hot and therefore bright, can be obscured by "blooming" due to saturation of the detector by the intense energy.

The Pyrovision 9100 cameras address these limitations and in so doing achieve a technological breakthrough in high temperature thermal imaging.

Designed with a narrow spectral response at the near infrared region, errors due to variations in target emissivity are minimised.

Viewing ports using standard materials such as quartz, Pyrex and sapphire cause minimal attenuation of signals at this wavelength.

The patented 776 x 484 pixel array detector unit produces a high resolution, bloom free image of high temperature targets from 600 to 3600C.

To compliment the camera a full range of accessories and optional lens are available, together with full analysis and control software.

For industrial temperature measurement and thermal imaging Impac Infrared have the most comprehensive range of products available to meet the most exacting measurement needs.

From a single point temperature to a full process control system Impac has the solution!.
