IMPAC Infrared has released a range of fast acting non-contact temperature switches.

The switches are available in either analogue or digital technology.

The analogue TGA 300 has a switching range of 500 to 1000C, with a fast switching time of just 1msec.

The switching level is adjusted using a potentiometer and an LED indicates the switch status.

A choice of optics and an LED targeting light are also available.

Switch rating is 20 V DC at 30 mA.

The digital TGA 200 and TS 200 offer switching ranges of 250 to 1300C and 600 to 1800C respectively, with switching times of 15msec (adjustable).

The switching parameters are set using the digital service interface, and an integral LED targeting light and a choice of optics makes alignment simple.

Switching is via isolated relay contacts rated 60 V AC/DC at 3 Amps.

A complete range of mounting cooling accessories is available for the switches making them suitable for the most arduous industrial applications.
